PROJECT SCHEDULING

On some projects, time seems to be more important than anything else. At PMSC we try to schedule so that you don’t have to worry about your project meeting the deadline.

From fabricating large condensers to re-tubing small heat exchangers, our goal is to have your equipment ready when you need it.

To help you track the fabrication of your jobs we can develop a Microsoft Project chart for each piece of equipment. Special operations, milestones and inspections are all listed as a task with an assigned time frame for each. Once the fabrication is underway we also submit a set of digital photos along with the updated Microsoft Project charts showing the progress. This allows our customers to compare the actual to the projected progress and give a very good overview of how the fabrication is proceeding.
